Ed Young, founding pastor of Fellowship Church, knows what life is like on the rugged plains of parental reality. With four children over the age of 17, Ed and his wife Lisa have a wide range of parenting experience, something they unflinchingly tap into in order to teach and train families worldwide. “Parenting is a full time job,” says Young. “You don’t get any days off.
